DISCORD RULES

1. Excessive pinging of the administration is prohibited.
2. Bypassing punishments imposed by the Administration is prohibited.
3. Posting pornographic, racist, or otherwise inappropriate (NSFW) content on the server is prohibited.
4. Advertising other servers/communities on text channels or in private messages is prohibited.
5. Promoting or sharing glitches, cheats, or exploits is prohibited.
6. Advertising servers other than Ately on the channel 🎥┇movies is prohibited.
7. Spamming in channels is prohibited.
8. Impersonating others is prohibited.
9. Using offensive nicknames, pseudonyms, or avatars is prohibited.
10. Any kind of ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, or SALES OFFERS without the owner's permission is prohibited!
11. Sending invitations to other Discord servers is prohibited.
12. Streaming any pornographic, racist, or otherwise inappropriate (NSFW) content on Discord channels is strictly prohibited.
13. Sending dangerous links is prohibited.
14. Compliance with Discord’s official rules is mandatory → Terms of Service Community Guidelines.

Moderators reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.

MINECRAFT RULES

1. Intentionally hindering the administration's work is prohibited.
2. Every player joining the server is required to read and follow the rules.
3. AFKing in mines for rank benefits is punishable.
4. Scamming other players is prohibited.
5. Scamming someone for money will result in a permanent account ban with no possibility of appeal.
6. Advertising other servers is prohibited.
7. Intentionally misleading users and encouraging them to break the rules is prohibited.
8. AFKing at an AFK pit with more than one account is prohibited.
9. Exploiting any server or game bugs is prohibited.
10. Any discovered bugs must be reported immediately.
11. Insulting other users, the administration, or the server is prohibited.
12. An administrator has the right to ban a player for something not explicitly mentioned in the rules.
13. The promotion and distribution of content related to totalitarian regimes and hatred toward any minority or majority are prohibited.
14. Discussions of a racist nature, religious defamation, or political conflicts are prohibited.
15. Advertising other servers is prohibited.
16. Promoting your own channel without the 'media' role is prohibited.
17. Intentionally cooperating with a cheater is prohibited.
18. An administrator may ask you to use programs such as AnyDesk, ProcessHackeror, Easy Journal Viewer.
19. The use of any cheats, modifications, programs, or scripts that provide an advantage is prohibited.
20. Bypassing a ban is punishable.
21. Attempting to make real money from the server is prohibited.
22. If you use commands such as /vip or similar during combat and it results in your death, the server is not responsible, and you forfeit any right to compensation.
23. Gang names, items, etc. that contain racist, homophobic, and similar names will be deleted + banned for everyone in the gang.

Play fair; third-party unfair advantages will be punished.
